Home Learning

At Clutton, we value our links with home and we encourage home learning to further develop and practise curriculum skills.  We strongly promote reading at school and our pupils are encouraged to read a wide variety of books at home and talk about the features of the story.  Pupils are given spellings linked to developing strategies and also the spelling of common words used in everyday writing.  Times table knowledge is extremely important when exploring relationships with numbers so children are tested regularly using Rock Star Maths.
